Job Role: Human Resource Executive

We require you to:
1. Handle end to end recruitment needs.
2. Post new positions on websites and job boards.
3. Assist with screening resumes and applications.
4. Coordinate interviews.
5. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact
information) .
6. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects .
7. Explore candidates by using modern recruitment techniques and specific job portals .
8. Contribute innovate and smart ways of hiring.
9. Close position in the shortest TAT.
10. Employee engagement & employee grievance handling
11. Setting up Learning & Development plan for the employees
What are we looking for?
1. Experience in recruiting for a Technical profiles.
2. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases Excellent analytical, interpersonal and
communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. High work ethic and ability to put extra effort wherever required.
6. Genuine interest in the idea of talent acquisition and hiring.
7. Create high-quality outputs by deploying standard templates in a timely manner
8. Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
9. Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
10. Detailed analysis of JD and requirement thoroughly
11. Responsible for the screening of resumes through Job Portals
12. Employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as
well as managing workplace safety.

Must Have
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. 1-3+ years' experience in Human Resources
3. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
4. Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
5. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
6. Attention to detail and good judgement
7. Effective communication and presentation skills
8. Should have intermediate or advanced MS Powerpoint and MS Word knowledge, and basic
level MS Excel concepts
9. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
10. Develop and maintain relationship at C-suite level
Must Understand:
1. Human Resources areas implementation as concept in your respective industry
2. You must understand emerging technologies relevant to Human Capital Management
3. Customer obsession
4. Customer comes first for Cloudstrats so should for you
5. Preferable to have done HR consulting
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the
organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by
planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
